Warning Trading Prohibition warns when a payment is made to a recipient where a person in the capacity of a board member, owner or beneficial owner has a business ban.
A person who has a trade ban may not run a business, be a partner in a trading company, a member of a limited company board, sign a company name or work in the business of a close relative.
Business prohibition simply means that the person must immediately stop all business activities and liquidate any assignments and may not start a new business. This also applies if it is a question of a temporary ban.
