Warning Deviating currency patterns warn when payment is made with a currency that deviates from the currency normally used to pay the payee. Inyett Detect and and AutopayDetect compare against the last five transactions.
Examples of when a warning for deviating currency patterns can be generated is when scanning paper invoices, or manually entering invoice information, there is a risk that the currency of the amount will be interpreted incorrectly, and stated in a different currency than what was previously paid to the supplier. If a payment is to be made to a Swedish supplier of SEK 10,000, and the currency is interpreted in Euros instead of SEK, a payment of about SEK 100,000 can be made by mistake.
