Warning Amount indicates when a payment is made with an amount that is above or below a specified amount limit or is made in a specified currency defined for this Inyett profile. The warning does not refer to credit payments.
Setting an amount limit on payments can provide several important added values. The majority of businesses have processes and routines that involve extra control of very large amounts, this can create security, control and an increased degree of maturity for the business's internal control. There can also be added value in being noticed for very small amounts, e.g. payments below SEK 10, as there is a cost associated with carrying out transactions.
Set the conditions under which the Inyett account should be noticed for the Amount warning. Enter a general amount limit in a certain currency, or an amount limit to a specific account number. Choose whether the amount limit should be above or below the specified amount. The setting is only possible for you with the right Administrator.
Default over limit settings for all account types are:
Amount limit 1,000,000
Currency: SEK / NOK
All transactions that exceed 1,000,000 will generate an warning Amount
Default settings for under limit applicable to all account types are:
Amount limit 10
Currency: SEK / NOK
All transactions below 10 will generate an warning Amount.
Adjust the settings for warnings associated with Amount.
Click Settings to customize how the Amount warnings works.
To add or adjust settings, click Active Settings. The amount limits set for this Inyett profile regarding warning Amount are shown here.
Click on Excluded Account Numbers, Excluded Organization Numbers to exclude account numbers/organization numbers and avoid warnings for Amount . Then tap Add.
It is also possible to delete previously excluded entries by clicking on the trashcan The setting is only possible for users with an administrator role.
Click on Go to all settings to see all compiled settings for warnings and to be able to turn off a warning.
